He will be see in the college during exams. he would prepare only important questions and passed the examination in first class. His teacher and parents were fed up of him. At last he became an ordinary software seller.

Answer :- Hassan’s attendance problem is based on the theme that students can make or ruin their own future. An irregular student cannot gain knowledge and not succeed in life. Hassan’s class fellows whom he called nerds became rich and famous man who sold software from door to door.

Draw a character sketch of the narrator.                                                          Answer :- The Narrator of this lesson Mrs. Sudha Murthy. she was computer science teacher in a college at Bangalore. she was a very kind hearted teacher who gave the benefits of attendance to students like Hassan. She looked upon the students as her own children. She pities him as his class fellow had risen in life.

Answer :- Hassan was a bright student in the class but he had some bad habits like not attending the regularly. He always ran short of attending attendance. The teacher was annoyed at his habit. But he would promise to improve his attendance. 

Question 5. Describe in your words, the narrator’s meeting with Hassan’s parents.     

 Answer :- The Narrator was actually Hassan’s teacher. when she got tired of his irregularly, she decide to call his parents. she told his parents that their son being student can get rank. Hassan’s father did not take the narrator’s words seriously. He held his mother responsible for all this. He did not listen to her. The parents blamed each other. Thus the meeting ended fruitlessly.
