Educational Qualification
1. Basic Medical Requirement
Mandatory Qualification : All candidates must possess a recognized medical qualification included in Schedule I & II, or Part II of the Third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
2. Specialty Specific Qualifications
Gastroenterology/ Medical Oncology / Nephrology :- D.M. in the concerned specialty (or an equivalent qualification recognized after MBBS).
Neurosurgery / Urology :- M.Ch. in the concerned specialty (or an equivalent recognized qualification).
Nuclear Medicine : M.D. in Nuclear Medicine (or an equivalent recognized qualification).
Orthopedics : M.S. in Orthopedics (or an equivalent recognized qualification).
3. Experience Criteria
Work Experience : Candidates must possess requisite teaching and/ or research experience in the concerned specialty from a recognized institution.
